Shipping Policy
(SmallSpacesAppliances.com, LLC)
SmallSpacesAppliances.com, LLC now offers Free Shipping on all items selling for more than $75.00 for shipment to destinations within the 48 Contiguous 48 United States. Larger Items (Refrigerators, Freezers, Ranges, Wine Coolers, Washers etc......) require Motor Freight Shipping. All of these include Free Shipping to your location in the Contiguous U.S. 48 States. Products are marked on the Website page with the phrase "Free Shipping"  .  Shipping will be by FedEx Ground or by Motor-Freight for most products. Free Shipping destinations are the Contiguous U.S. 48 States. To choose Free Shipping, go to the Shipping Selection page, Step 2 of Checkout, Free Shipping will automatically appear as your first choice. For Alaska and Hawaii we will be happy to provide reduced rate shipping quotes to those locations.
SmallSpacesAppliances.com wants you to be satisfied with every aspect of your purchase. Therefore we have provided you with the option choosing the level of service from freight and package delivery companies that meet your requirements, such as next day air, second day air, ground shipment etc. In the event that one of our promotional programs provides free shipping it will be by Fed Express Ground. So, you may still choose a faster delivery method or a different carrier at your own expense.
Incidentally, SmallSpacesAppliances.com pays any applicable Sales Tax in States where we have business locations, Michigan and Florida.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Information - When the product ships (usually the next business day), we will send you a confirming e-mail with tracking information and an ETA (if available). Please provide your e-mail so we can send you the shipping confirmation.
Important - You must provide your phone number when requesting motor freight shipping, as these products require a coordinated delivery to your location. The carrier will call you to make arrangements for delivery.

FOB Point for all products is the shipper's warehouse loading dock.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Canada. We also ship to other locations as required by our customers. Electrical codes may restrict our ability to ship products outside of the U.S. and Canada. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and dimensions of the product. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to info@smallspacesappliances.com if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Please leave a phone number at which you can be reached.
Attention Non-U.S. Customers - The recipient is responsible for any duties, customs fees, import taxes or import brokerage fees. These are separate from any shipping and handling fees and are the exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. If the recipient does not pay these fees in a timely fashion (30 days), the SmallSpacesAppliances.com may pay these fees and add a $25.00 handling fee and charge the customer's credit card for the fees. If you desire we can ship to your specified US based freight forwarder. Free Shipping will apply, if available for the specific product, and if the freight forwarder is located in the 48 Contiguous United States.
Compliance to Local Laws - Due to the fact that local legislation in U.S. States and other Countries may vary, it is impossible for SmallSpacesAppliances.com, LLC to be aware of and to manage conformity to all legislation. This legislation may regulate electrical standards, environmental conformance, energy consumption or other product characteristics. The recipient is responsible for conformance to the local legislation for the product and in the application that they intend to use it.
